How inconvenient can you get, CRS?

I go here: http://crs2.upd.edu.ph/

And get this:

"The UIS (a.k.a. CRS2) is accessible only within the DILNET between 7am and 6pm from 8 to 11 April 2008.

You may access the UIS from outside the DILNET between 6pm and 7am. "
